Thank you for the help on pivot table,though not able to get the curso
to a hand when clickd on the cell. I have managed to use use a for mul
to sort it out.

I will need your help for this problem below:
I need a formula that will pick up all the addresses for a specifi
customer.

I already have the customer nos. on a unique pattern as indicated o
the expected result below. I only want to use the unique nos . to loo
up for the relevant addresses from the given sample.

SAMPLE :
CUST.NO ADDRESS
1 5 ALBER ROAD
2 10 HILTON AVENUE
1 6 kent place
2 7 barth close
3 9 LONDON RD

expected Result

CUST.NO ADDRESS
1 5 ALBER ROAD
6 kent place
2 10 HILTON AVENUE
7 barth close
3 9 LONDON R

Hi!

Have a look at Data > Subtotals...

If you subtotal by cust. no. then it will group your items as yo
describe them. Don't worry about the subtotals themselves: you coul
use "count" for example and then you'd know how many there were...!!
