All Links opening minized

For some reason something has changed hte config on my IE6
and ALL links now open minimized. This has happened in the
past and I have corrected it but I cannot remember the
solution

FYI It's a very simple bit of scripting that does what some webpage has done
but in reverse... making the window as big as possible.

Would appreciate knowing if it does, this seems to be an ever increasing
problem.
