You're asking in the wrong place.

This newsgroup is for people developing Microsoft Access(TM) databases.

It sounds like you want a Word template... right?

Do you want contracts for services, for purchases of equipment, for
construction of a house, for computer consulting...? They'll all be VERY
different.

I'd try to find someone in the business for which you want contracts, and ask
them what they use.
