All hours are displayed

In Day View, all the hours of the day are displayed even though in Option, I
selected Start - 8:00 pm and End - 6:00 pm. (That period of time is in a
different color) Can I do anything to have Outlook 2003 display only the
hours from Start to End?

Nope. Outlook displays the entire 24 hours and colors your working hours
differently.
