All hidden files all appeared

Well I dont know what happened but I turn on my computer today, and all the
system files that are usually hidden (like the desktop.ini, album art jpeg,
thumbs data base files), they all unhide. Its not that they were hidden but I
chose to view "hidden files" but they actually become Unhide
I dont know how it happens but please help me fix it because it's really
annoying

someone else using the computer, an update (perhaps automatic), are two
things that might cause this.
