all emails that have attachments get quarantined by OE cant open .

any e mail with an attachment gets blocked by outlook express and cant save

So change OE's security option to allow attachments.

Ask in an Outlook Express newsgroup. Hint: Tools>Options>Security
 
Thankyou all,

This problem came up on my computer after I installed a new printer. For
some reason it seemed to adjust the security files. The problem is now fixed!!
