ALL DOWNLOADED files are corrupt??????

Ok, Every zip file i download is corrupt. Wether its a new demo, or a patch
to a game, or any type of software that comes in a .zip is corrupt. I had
winrar and had a problem, so then i switched to winzip pro, and I am still
having problems. I used avast antivirus and scanned my whole pc for viruses.
What is going on here?
