Double Dumbass on You

I have a removeable harddrive that I transport from work to home which has a
..pst file on it I call main.pst. I have Outlook both at home and at work
and in both instances, I have set this main.pst to be the default delivery
location. The problem is that when I schedule an appointment at work and
mark it as "All Day", when I go home, the appointment is changed to 11pm the
previous day to 11pm the day of the event. What's more, in the month view,
the appointment bar for that appointment spans two days and has clock icons
at either end. If I change the appointment to view correctly at home, when
I get back to work the appointment changes to 1am the day of the event to
1am the day after the event, with the same appointment bar displaying
incorrectly in the month view.

Anyone know what is causing this???

Is your home computer set for a different time zone than your work computer?
I've seen items for All Day change when I have one computer set for Pacific
(the default for some installations) and another set for Central (My time
zone).
