All Day event

What is the registry settings to set the all day event to be busy as a
default settings in Outlook 2003. I did came accross with the registry
setting in the outlook for this in the past but now I have lost the
documentation.

Judging from other postings, I'd say there isn't any.
 
thought so - has it already been put in as a recomendation to microsoft do
you know?
 
I am not aware of it but I do know that it can be set with registry key.
 
dont suppose you know which one - coz now I have done some searching on the
site - all the responses say that it is hard coded and not changable?
