All Day Event displays on wrong day in Entourage

I have users sharing a calandar created in Outlook 2003. When viewed on the
MAC side in Entourage, All Day Events appear on the day before they are to
occur. It displays fine in Outlook.
Any insight?

I Got it!
FYI: The timezones on the workstations were correct but the Timezone on the
server was incorrect.
