all day appointments get extended by one day

hi i use outlook 2003. just recently no time events are being extended by 1
day. i sync with a blackberry. Both on the same time zone.

the finishing appointment date has a icon of a clock on it.

I'd double check the time zones just to be sure and the daylight savings
time settings also.
