ALIGNING TWO ARRAYS OF DATA VALUE

This si about comparing two sets of separate data into one aligned worksheet
as folows:
XXX 300
YYY 250
ZZZ 175
XXX 312
YYY 267
ZZZ 177
to be aligned:

XXX 300 312
YYY 250 267
ZZZ 175 177

Can we do it the simple way?
