Align under decimal point

Gary Coles

I tried that already, thanks, but then the column aligns only to the right.
In " MS Works" I had the option of aligning the decimal points anywhere in
the column, my preference is to centre align the decimal points.
Thanks again

Format>Alignment>Horizontal>Right(Indent). Spin Button in a number like 5 or
6 or whatever fits.

Note: all cells must be formatted with same number of decimal points.

Another option is to use a custom number format:

Select the cells, or columns
Choose Format>Cells
On the Number tab, select the Custom category
In the text box, type: ????.????
(use can change the number of question marks)
Click OK
