These have probably already been covered; however, I am wondering if it
is yet possible to have multiple aliases in Outlook 2003? I have all my
mail from my university, personal, spam accounts go to my GMail account
so it would be useful to be able to have different aliases for each
account mail is send to. Is this possible?
 
You could setup different accounts for each alias that all use the same
server info but only have one account actually collect mail. Then you can
use the ability to send via each account.

As far as Outlook is concerned, since there is only one Inbox at Gmail,
everything in it will be handled together. If you were to create separate
gmail accounts (not aliases of each other), then you could have download
messages selectively.
