Albert Kallal Merge Code - No menus when word opens

I am using Albert Kallal's code for mail merge with Access 2003. Love it and
it works great. Only one small issue that I could use some help on please.

Whenever word opens with the information merged, the menus do not display
and I can not seem to figure out how to get them to display. Any help would
be appreciated.

I seen problems when you try merging to a document without ANY merge fields
(you have to have at least ONE merged field).

So, make sure you have at least one legitimate merged field **inserted**
into the document..
(and, make sure you use the "modify template" option FROM my software to
launch the template.

Also, give the sample download a try (if it don't work, then no use trying
it in your application).

Make sure you read the instructions from above, and you should eventually

Note that the merge can also use a query, and thus you don't have to merge
just "one" record..

Try the sample, if merged documents show no menus, then something is
different on your pc.

So, check the 2 suggestions above (1 try modify template, and then save, 2
and also make sure at least ONE of the merge fields is actualy inserted into
the docuemnt).

Does this probem occur in my sample?
Does this problem occur for ALL merged docuemnts, or just some?
