Can anyone tell me if there is a way to set up a daily
alarm on my Windows XP that goes off at a certain time
every day?
Thank you

That's it I'm outa here. This is too much. You live
in room with only 2 outlets (cpu & monitor) and no other
furniture? No other fixtures in your room? Clock?
Watch? Radio? TV? Telephone? Next question: Can XP
scratch my back for me?

Bye.

You can use MS Outlook i think

Microsoft Windows Digital Media Edition has an alarm.
Remember, this alarm will not resume the computer from
standby mode. To resume the computer from standby mode and
make the alarm work, you might have to write a small batch
program and schedule it through Windows task scheduler
with "Allow this program to bring computer out of standby"
property checked.

Windows does not have alarm clock capability built in. There are lots of
apps available that you can install to do this though. (Try a search at
www.download.com)
