Hi,

Can this card connect to a vga monitor with a dvi to vga connector(Like on
the older radeons) or is this one exclusive for only flat panel displays?

It has dvi-i connector and vga connector.
The dvi to vga adapter will work on the dvi-i output.

VGA connector?
