AIW 9600 Pro - stripes on display

I have a vertical striping problem with my AIW 9600 Pro. It looks like this:

These stripes are NOT intermittent. They are always there even after a 10
minute shutdown. They were not there for the first two weeks I used the
card. Has anyone else experienced this?

um no i dont see any artifacts in the images and i have a 9600 256mb clocked
at 427/850 and i have never seen artifacts like you describe
i think ur images are bad

Duh! The striping that I'm seeing in the images is in my display, not the
images! Sorry about that. I have updated the images with a camera. Please
check again.

what resoultion r u in and what is the refresh rate?

refresh 75, 85 dual displays 800x600
it7max2 pentium 2.4 1024mb ram pc 2700

no stripes or stuff like that here

You did it! It was at 60hz. Don't know how it got there - it was at 75
originally. I put it back at 75 and all is good. Thanks much!
