AGP cards for wide LCD monitor

Can anyone verify any older AGP video cards that support 1680x1050
resolution?

Do you want old or new AGP? DVI or VGA?

The Matrox G450/550 do so on VGA, not DVI. You need the custom res utility.
All AGP 8X cards support up to 2000x1500 in hardware.
The 1680x1050 resolution is really a function of the driver.
