Agent shows only this newsgroup: WindowsXP Help_and_Support. How would I
configure it to show all newsgroups [that my major ISP offers/carries]?

Hi,
You will need to setup an account for each newsgroup server. For the
microsoft.public newsgroups this page will get you started, even though it's
written for Outlook Express.
http://insideoe.tomsterdam.com/resources/communities.htm

For other usenet newsgroups your ISP (if it provides NNTP newsgroups) should
provide server/setup information.

The full list of newsgroups is in the Newsgroup Directory, and you can
assign newsgroups to your folders list from there.
