I made a mistake on my other posting.... This is the
proper one!
If I use the following formula to calculate members ages
in years it seems to round up after about 6 months and 20
days. e.g. someone who is 16years 6 months 21 days old
is
displayed as 17. Can one of you clever people help?

=YEAR(N1)-YEAR(F52) (Year (N1) is taken from the current
date, TODAY().)

common issues like calculating age.
