After updates, Outlook 2000 hyperlink sends me to \nt directory?

After security updates, clicking on hyperlinks in messages sends me to the
1033\nt directory with no explanation. If this is an anti-phishing feature,
how do I modify it? I use Outlook 2000 and Mozilla Firefox as my defaults.
