after the patch and the removal of Blaster Worm

Hi,

I am getting a few people having this issue with XP and
2000. After they have remove the Blaster Worm and patch
the fix for the system, very thing works fine but hotmail
and yahoo.
They can log in to the account but can not read the email.
It give server time out. Then page can not be display.

Any idea how to fix this?
Have patch all the patch that there are on the MS server.

Try reading "microsoft.public.security.virus" news group seems I saw
something about it there.
