After downloading and installing SP2 (no problems), gave me a message on
Norton Internet Security and XP firewalls, Next, then logged in and only got
my wallpaper, no icons ever appeared. Went into Safe Mode and uninstalled.
Previously, and again after removing SP2, I received a C2.lop in running
Spybot, which could not delete, etc. After searching Norton's site for 2004
Norton Internet Security and found that that should not cause any conflicts,
I researched C2.lop resolution and downloaded Noadware and found where it
resided and got rid of the folders and reran Spybot, not found. Don't no much
about this except my machine had been running slower. Anyway, it appears to
be gone and is running normally again. Does anyone no if this could have
caused my problems with the SP2 update? Many of my associated have gone to
this and have not had any problems. Now that I got rid of it should I try to
reinstall? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated and thank you in
advance.
