after sp2 cant run dos based programs

I have tried to intall a cd and i get 16 bit windows
subsystems error. says that system file is not surtable
for running ms-dos and windows apps (Windows\system32
\autoexec.nt)Please help!!!

Could be caused a trojan or something similar, e.g.
TrojanDownloader.Win32.Dia.a, more about this here:
