After Reinstall, No DBs open

My hard disk crashed and was reloaded with the machine maker's restore CD. I
reinstalled Office 2k Prof. and now no databases will open. It worked fine
before the crash. I cannot guarantee that the user names are the same as
before, but I am an administrator.
 
How did you try to open the database? By opening Access first and then open
the database file or simply opening the database file?

Any error message?
