After ntfs convert getting c21a stop error after a scandisk reboot

Hi, I used ghost 7.5 to put a fat32 image on a computer
and then used the convert utility to make the file system
ntfs. My problem is when I perform a scandisk on the
system, after it reboots, I recieve a Stop c000021a
unknown hard error. If I reset the system, it works
fine. At this point, this is the only time I recieve
this troublesome error. I have put a second copy of
winxp pro on and gave the original C: owners full
security rights, but did not help.

I then performed a repair and it blew out the original
version and reinstalled the entire system, it coughed up
when it wanted the sisage.sys file, that I could not give
it since the driver is bundeled as an .exe package.

Now the system is dead.

I know I have to redo the system, and create the new one
with the ntfs file format. Just curious if anyone else
has encountered this problem and maybe has a fix. I have
100 systems that have been built on fat32 and need to be
converted to ntfs, was hoping to just perform a convert
as I came across them, but concerned about this stop
error.

Thank You for your time.
