after i insert web search where does it display the result?

i have inserted a web search from the web componets where is it supose to
show the result? does it work on my own computer as well or it has to be
uploaded in order to show?! i even have uploaded the page & still doesn't
show is it my hostings problem or some thing else!?

Check Front Page Help for "search" and then "about search

It must be published via FP's http mode to a web server that has the FP extensions installed to
work.
