after entering a text in one cell, next cell should disp the entd

You can use the change event. The following macro, for example, will look
for changes to any cell in column A and record the date/time in column B:

Private Sub Worksheet_Change(ByVal Target As Range)
If Intersect(Range("A:A"), Target) Is Nothing Then
Exit Sub
End If
Target.Offset(0, 1).Value = Now
End Sub
