After adding Analysis Tool Pack, still no PRICE function, why?

I am trying to price bonds using the Excel function, PRICE(..), but I can't
seem to activate the function. I have installed both analysis tool packs but
still no luck. Is there something I need to download. I have Office 2003
for XP.

Do you get a #NAME error?
You may have installed the toolpak, but did you Tools>Options>Add-ins, check
them?
