After a realtime application event was deactivated wasn't showing as active.

After 2 realtime application events were deactivated, I
tried to activate it and it was still showing as active
but realtime protection showed only 23 of 25 active.

the 2 deactivated events were script blocking and the
very first one on list.

This is a known issue and will work to resolve this in a future release.
