Afraid of Trojan Horse

Is there a way to create another user account that has
all my administrative settings, desktop, etc and give it
only power user priveleges.. I've been using my account
as an administrator for over a year on the net without
realizing the risk i've been taking, but don't want to
set up a new account and re-enter all the new info.
Please help.

Go to Network Connections in Control Panel.
Right click your network connection, click Properties.
Click to highlight "Client Services for Netware"
Click Uninstall.
