'Aero' on Sony Vaio VGC-V3S

I recently purchased Windows Vista: Home Premium Edition with the intent to
utilize the new Aero feature. However, I am unable to do so.

I have a:

Sony Vaio VGC-V3S
NVIDIA GeForce FX Go5700 with 128 MB of video RAM
1GB RAM

Another thing is, that even with a supposedly compatable graphics card I
still get a base score of one on the 'Windows Experience Index'. I think that
may have something to do with it.

My question is: Why can't I use Aero even though my PC is supposedly
compatable and is there any way for me to fix this?

Thank you.

1. Go to Start > Help and Support
2. Type AERO in the Search box, press the Enter key.
3. Click on "Troubleshoot problems with Windows Aero".
