I have a file located in Windows/System 32 called kndgog.dll which has just turned up, my Norton anti virus says that it is suspect but cannot delete it. My Internet browser also has a mind of its own going to "about blank" every time I want to use it. Can anyone advise me how to remove this file. (I am not too experienced in getting into files etc, so easy to use instructions would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi Terry,

What you have seems to be a spyware program. I would recommend Spybot Search
and Destroy to remove it. It is an excellent program, although third-party
(so Microsoft will not provide support for it.) I use it myself, and have
never had problems. You can download it here:

If that does not work, feel free to post back for more help.
