Adware.Qoolaid files not detected

Adware.Qoolaid files present in C:\WINNT\System32\
directory, but not detected by Microsoft AntiSpyware even
after a deep scan of this directory is performed after
Symantec Internet Security has reported, but not deleted,
these files. The checkpoint scan will not "see" these
files now, I've deleted them through Symantec Internet
Security.

Tried to report this, but encounter "unknown error" when
sending the log. How to report manually?
