advantages of VB.NET 2003

i just wanna know the advantages, difference or changes of VB.NET2002 over VB.NET2003.

VB.NET2003.

The main advantage is that VS.NET 2003 can compile .NET 1.1 assemblies while
VS.NET 2002 cannot.

Note that VS 2005 will be released in the 2nd half of this year, so maybe
it's better not to upgrade to VS.NET 2003 now.
