We import a data file generated by a proprietary software apps into Excel. The first columm is Date/time format (mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm:ss AM or PM). The imported data contain >50000 rows, containing data captured for every minute during the operation. The next 4 columns contain data, which we need.
My question: How do I reduce the data, say every 60 or 120 minutes.
I was thinking of using a formula using the MOD and Minute functions as criteria in the Advance filtering feature. I can't seem to make it work.
