Advanced filter

Advanced filter is not working for me - my spreadsheet has about 400
rows and 20 columns. Item 1 takes up the first 2 rows, item 2 the nex
2 rows and so on like this:

ID COL2 COL3 COL4 COL5 COL6
COL21 COL22
ABC xxxx xxxx
ABC xxxx xxxx
DEF xxxx xxxx
DEF xxxx xxxx
GHI xxxx xxxx
GHI xxxx xxxx

I want to move the data in four adjacent cells for each ID (as shown b
the xxxx) to COL21 and COL22. The trouble is those four adjacent cell
are all over the place. The other problem is a there are a lot of blan
cells.
There is a constant (text) in the top left cell of each block of
adjacent cells.

Auto filter works OK in identifying the constant on a column by colum
basis but there does not appear to be any way of also selecting th
cell immediately below and the 2 immediately to the right. I envisag
that Advanced filter might allow this selection (and moving) of the
cells. Trouble is I can't get Advanced Filter to work at all. Not eve
to find that key top left cell.

Advanced Filter - When I posted the example, it has not appeared as
typed it:

Please envisage that the four cells I want to select and move for ite
DEF start in Column 5 and those for item GHI start in Column 4 - i
other words each block of four cells for each item can be foun
anywhere in the spreadsheet.
