Advanced filter does not filter

I follow the help directions. I appear to have everything set up with
criterion set up in the form ="<value>". When I ask to execute a copy to
another location the entire range is copied there. ANy ideas as to what I am
doin g wrong?

I also followed Ms. Daugleish's help. No luck.

What heading and formula do you have in the criteria area?
What values are in the table that you expect to extract?
