[Advanced] Access for the problem of Microsoft Jet Database Engine

When I opened the Access file (*.mdb) ,
I found an error , and I can't open the Access file (*.mdb) .

The error says that "Because you and other users try to update the same data
at the same time,
Microsot Jet Database Engine will stop process".

How to solve the problem ?
