Advance to previous email after delete

There used to be an option to advance to the next or previous email in the in
box after a message was deleted. Is that still an option with Outlook 2007.
 
Go to Tools/options/E-mail options then click on down arrow on right hand
side of "After moving or deleting an open item;".
