Adult content web site

I keep geting an adult web site opening at will. I tried
blocking the http://address, but another address appears.
I looked for the OPENME.EXE but it was not anywhere to be
found, so I could not delete it. How do I stop it.

When you start Windows, you receive:
Windows cannot find openme.exe.

Removes the entry for OPENME.EXE in the Registry
