Adtive Directory search by logon name

Hi, I'm not sure this is right place or not but I'm
having trouble searching user by logon name in the W2k
Active Directory. I can search and get user info by the
user name but not by the logon name.
Can anyone help me?

Right click on domain name, select find.
On the Advanced tab click Field, User, Logon Name, enter the value, click
Add, Find Now.
