Can Adobe fonts which I purchased and used in Win XP be installed in
Vista?

Yes. Opentype and TrueType fonts can be just dragged into the Fonts folder
in Control Panel to install them. However, I believe support for Type 1
postscript fonts has been dropped in Vista.

If you have many fonts (thousands) I recommend you get a font manager, like
Extensis Suitcase. It makes things so much easier.

Thanks for the links.

BTW, surprisingly when I tried earlier today to add the adobe fonts, it
worked!

Did you use the suggested method:

---------------------------------------------------------------
Installation Adobe PostScript printer drivers for Windows Vista
---------------------------------------------------------------
1. Unpack instalation file to any folder
2. Find the "setup.exe" in "Adobe" folder, and choose "properties"
3. In "Compatibility mode" set "Windows XP ..." and accept it
4. Run the "setup.exe" as Administrator option.

which seems to help with practically all installation problems?

I got most of mine to install but I hear some of the Masters won't. Hit
and miss I guess but support is over and I think Adobe no longer sell
them...I think.
