Adobe Flash Player and Shockwave working for all Users

I hope someone can give me a simple fix to this.
I am running XP on a Home PC. My wife and I are set up as Administrators and
my three kids are set up with limited access (stops tehm from trying to
install to much rubbish!!) However when they are on the web they cannot get
several Flash/Shockwave sites to work. they work for my wife and I. If I
change the kids to Administrator levels then it works okay. How do I get this
to work for them but still keep them on limited access??

I have the exact same problem on my XP installation. Flash works under
Firefox with Limited user accounts, but not IE. Seemed to start when I
installed IE 7, but I uninstalled that and Flash did not work with Limited
Users in IE 6. I have made the observation that there is a Permissions
problem, but I have been ignored. Quicktime 7.x also has the same problem. I
doubt you will get a simple answer to this one. Also, the recommended install
of the debug version of Flash does not work, at least for me. Hope we get a
fix sooon.
