Adobe Email attachments try open with WORD, why?

In OUTLOOK, when opening an Adobe attachment in an Email. WORD is trying to
opened the attachment and not ADOBE. Ho do I change this to allow Adobe to
open it?

Make sure Adobe is set as the default pdf handler in Control Panel-> Folder
Options-> tab File Types
