ADO unbound multi user form

I want to split an Access MDB in to. The end user will run a copy
locally, while the data is on the server.

I wanted to then create an ADO unbound multi user form.

Can you point out an example of an ADO form for Access? The examples
that I have found usually are single user forms. I would like a jump
start and find a working example of the internet.

Thanks for the reply.

It's a matter of personal preference. I have been creating department
wide solutions since DOS and Foxpro days. I would like to manage such
items as record locking myself. I have found many examples of data
entry screens, but, not the way I described below where I split the
MDB in two. Also, I wanted to use ADO.

I have a project down the road with several concurrent users. I am
hoping to get up to speed quick.

Thanks.

Anything that works with an unsplit database should work with a split
database (with the except of the DAO Seek method, and there are ways around
that).

Access does a reasonable job of managing record locking, and creating an
unbound form is far more work than an unbound form.

Rather than asking such a generic question, perhaps if you have a specific
example you're having problems implementing, you could post the details, and
someone can help you.
