Adminpak (win2k and XP) and Home Directory creation

Folks,

I have noticed a strange behavior when creating user accounts from win2k and
XP using the Active Directory Users & Computers MMC. When creating user
accounts from win2k the accounts are created fine specifically the Home
Directory folder is created on the win2k server that hosts those dirs. When
creating a user from XP I can create the account but I get an error
regarding the creation of the Home Dir folder "The \\server\share$\username
home folder was not created because: Access is denied.". I can't be
permission related because I have FC on the share and FC on the dir that the
home dirs are created under.

Any ideas?

TIA,

JoS
