Administring AD from an XP machine

Where do I find the administration programs for managing
a 2000 active directory from an XP pro workstation.
specifically "Active Directory Users and Computers" I
have been told that they will not run on XP.

If you grab the admin pack from Server 2003, or either of
the release candidate versions, you can administer your
2000 AD from an XP machine
