Administrators Windows Explorer?..

I asked this before, but I couldn't that post, but how do I run Windows
Explorer as a Admin. Thanks!...
 
The date and time was Tuesday, February 17, 2009 11:20:21 AM, and on a
whim, VcDeveloper pounded out on the keyboard:

Navigate to explorer.exe in the Windows folder, right-click and select,
Run as...

I tried that already and it doesn't work. A MVP's told me the reason why it
wouldn't work. I had to create a shortcut and execute it on the command
line. I don't remember where I post and was given a link that explain how to
do it.
